tdb-block-inner>p{font-size:15px!important}}اتهم المرصد الأورومتوسطي لحقوق الإنسان، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بارتكاب “جريمة حرب” بعد استهدافها مركزاً لاحتجاز المهاجرين في محافظة صعدة شمالي اليمن، ما أسفر عن سقوط 115 قتيلاً وجريحاً.
متابعات- الخبر اليمني: وأكد المرصد في بيان أن “الهجوم الأمريكي يشكل انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني”، مشيراً إلى أن “عدم اتخاذ القوات الأمريكية أي تدابير وقائية لتقليل الخسائر المدنية يعزز الشكوك حول إخلالها الجسيم بالتزاماتها القانونية”.
ولفت البيان إلى أن “القيادة المركزية الأمريكية لم تقدم أي تفسير رسمي للهجوم أو مبرراته”، معتبراً أن هذا الصمت “يعكس نهجاً خطيراً في التعامل مع المنطقة، حيث تتصرف واشنطن كقوة فوق القانون، متجاوزةً كل معايير المساءلة الدولية”.
وطالب المرصد الهيئات الأممية المعنية بـ”تشكيل لجنة تحقيق مستقلة لإجراء تحقيقات ميدانية عاجلة وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية عن هذه الجريمة”، كما دعا الولايات المتحدة إلى “الالتزام الصارم بأحكام القانون الدولي ووقف دعمها للانتهاكات الإسرائيلية في قطاع غزة”.
وجاءت هذه التصريحات في سياق اتهامات للمرصد بأن “الولايات المتحدة تواصل تصعيد العنف في المنطقة، بدلاً من السعي لخفض التصعيد أو معالجة الأسباب الجذرية للأزمات”، محذراً من “خطورة استمرار سياسة الإفلات من العقاب التي تنتهجها القوات الأمريكية في اليمن والمنطقة”.
