يتزامن ذلك مع تطويق العاصمة المؤقتة للمجلس وسط محاولات للتهدئة.
خاص – الخبر اليمني: وأفادت مصادر بالانتقالي بأن من بين المغادرين رئيسه عيدروس الزبيدي وصهره المتهم باختطاف ضابط من ابين إضافة إلى يسران المقطري قائد وحدة مكافحة الإرهاب التابعة لشلال شائع.
وغادرت هذه القيادات إلى مقر اقامتها الدائم في الامارات.
ومع أن المغادرة، وفق المصادر ، لم تكن على قائمة الاجندة خصوصا بالنسبة للزبيدي الذي يخوض معركة ضد خصومه في الرئاسي ، الا انها تعد انعكاس للتصعيد في ابين حيث اقرت الفصائل العسكرية والأمنية والقبائل تطويق عدن مع فشل مساعي لإطلاق احد أبنائها الذين تم اختطافه اثر خلاف على أراضي في عدن.
ونشرت الفصائل العسكرية والقبلية لنقاط على طول الخط الرابط بين عدن والمحافظات الشرقية.

وأعلنت هذه القوى في بيان مشترك قوات الانتقالي وكذا شاحنات النفط والغاز والسيارات الحكومية هدفا لها.
وجاء التصعيد بعد ساعات على بيان مشترك وقعت عليه السلطة المحلية في ابين وكذا مشايخ القبائل والقيادات العسكرية والأمنية ويتضمن تهديد بالتصعيد ضد سلطة الانتقالي في عدن.
ومع تصاعد التحركات في ابين، سارع امن عدن لكشف ملابسات اختطاف علي عشال الجعدني،ـ اذ اتهم صراحة أقارب الزبيدي وفصيل مكافحة الإرهاب الذي يقوده شلال شائع بالوقوف وراء ما وصفها بالجريمة، موضحا بانه تم اعتقال المتورطين بالجريمة قبل ان يتدخل فصيل شائع ويطلق سراحهم.
ويشير بيان امن عدن إلى ان الجريمة ذات دوافع مناطقية باعتبار ان المتورطين ينتمون إلى منطقة الزبيدي في الضالع ويقربون له.

وتحركات ابين المفاجئة بشكل كامل وان حملت دوافع إنسانية الا ان توقيتها يحمل ابعاد سياسية أيضا اذ تأتي بعد أيام على انتهاء مهلة حددتها تكتلات ابين السياسية والاجتماعية للانتقالي بإشراكها في السلطة والثروة وهددت بتصعيد كبير.
وابدء مراقبون مخاوفهم من ان تتجه الأوضاع في عدن نحو تكرار سيناريو أغسطس من العام 2019 عندما قادت تكتلات يافع والضالع انقلاب على سلطة ابين في عدن وطرد قياداتها.
ومنذ ذلك الحين تتعرض ابين لاستهداف ممنهج على كافة الأصعدة بما فيها عسكريا مع تصويرها كبورة للجماعات المتطرفة.
وصعود ابين إلى المشهد في هذا التوقيت ينسف مساعي الانتقالي للتفرد باستحواذ المشهد جنوبا.
