خاص-الخبر اليمني: وتتضمن الأسلحة البحرية اليمنية مجموعة متنوعة من التقنيات المتطورة، مثل الزوارق المسيرة، الألغام البحرية، الطائرات المسيرة الانتحارية، الغواصات، والصواريخ المضادة للسفن من نوع بر-بحر.
هذه الأسلحة تشكل جزءاً أساسياً من القوة الاستراتيجية للبحرية اليمنية.
التطوير الدراماتيكي في فترة المواجهة: طورت القوات البحرية لصنعاء منظومات حديثة بشكل دراماتيكي خلال المواجهات المستمرة مع قوات التحالف الأمريكي والبريطاني، وكذا تنفيذاً لقرار حظر السفن الإسرائيلية في البحر الأحمر والعربي.
وقد تم الكشف عن عدة أنواع من الصواريخ التكتيكية والاستراتيجية مثل خلال المرحلة الماضية مثل (حاطم 2) الفرط صوتي وصواريخ “فالق 1″ و”مندب 2” وصواريخ “روبيج” الروسية، بالإضافة إلى صواريخ كروز المجنحة، وصواريخ باليستية متطورة من عائلة “البحر الأحمر” وصواريخ “عاصف” الثقيلة التي تمثل أول تكنولوجيا باليستية تستخدم عملياً لضرب السفن الحربية.
الأداء المتميز في المواجهات البحرية: هذه التقنيات الصاروخية أثبتت فاعليتها العالية في مواجهة الأساطيل الأمريكية والبريطانية في البحر الأحمر، وأظهرت مستوى عالٍ من التطور التكنولوجي الذي حققته اليمن.
ولعل هذه الصواريخ تفوقت على نظيراتها المصنعة في الدول المتقدمة بفضل الخصائص والقدرات المتميزة التي تمتلكها، مثل: 1- القدرة على ضرب الأهداف البحرية المتحركة والثابتة بدقة عالية.
2- المناورة الفائقة والتصدي للحرب الإلكترونية والتشويش.
3- تدمير السفن العائمة والمدمرات والفرقاطات وسفن الشحن بفضل رؤوسها الحربية القوية التي تصل إلى 500 كجم.
3- تغطية مساحات واسعة في البحر الأحمر والعربي وخليج عدن.
تأثير استراتيجي في موازين القوى مع هذه التقنيات المتطورة، أصبحت البحرية اليمنية قوة مؤثرة في موازين القوى البحرية.
وقد أظهرت الفترة الأخيرة مدى عمق تأثيرها، حيث أصبحت السفن الأمريكية، برغم تقنياتها الدفاعية المتقدمة، غير قادرة على مواجهة هذه الأسلحة بفعالية، مما يثبت عجزها في حماية سفنها وسفن الحلفاء في المنطقة.
