In a joint letter, the organizations, including Sam for Rights and Liberties, called for “urgent intervention to halt the humanitarian consequences arising from” the Houthi militia’s attack on the government-held city.
” The organizations said the militia has launched a big offensive operation and escalated its random attacks without any respect to principles.
