Yemen mourns loss of prominent MP الأحد 31 مايو 2020 11:46 م الصحوة نت - خاص Alsahwa Net- The Yemeni parliament offered on Sunday condolences on loss of Saleh Al-Sanabani, a prominent member of the parliament and a leading member of the Islah party who died today in Sudan.
“The parliament lost one of its noble and good men who was an example of honesty, determination and productivity for the homeland,” a letter of condolences by the parliament said.
An academic scholar and professor, Al-Sanabani was also a member of the Higher Education Committee at the parliament.
For its part, the Parliamentary Block of the Islah Party, offered its condolences on Al-Sanabani’s loss.
“Departure of the Dr.
Al-Sanabani is a major loss.
He was one of Yemen’s best men, a prominent scholar and an effective social figure,” a mourning statement by the Parliamentary Block of the Islah Party read.
It added that Al-Sanabani was one of the millions of Yemenis who were displaced by the Houthis militia when they seized control of Sana’a in late 2014.
