كريتر سكاي/خاص: هي مبادرة طبية غير حكومية.
تأسست في تاريخ ١٠/٥/٢٠٢٠ بفكره أسسها الدكتور وليد محمد البكيلي , -استشاري و باحث في طب الاسرة و الاطفال و هو من ابناء عدن و يعمل في مجموعة مستشفيات ابولو - الهند.
و الذي بعدها تأسست على ارض الواقع بفضل الله و فضل هولاء النخب الطبيه بالداخل و الخارج كلًا من : دكتور عبدالفتاح السعيدي استشاري عظام عدن .

و جاءت فكره اطلاق المبادرة بعد تفشي وباء كورونا في اليمن و في مدينة عدن بالتحديد و انهيار القطاع الصحي فيها , حيث تزايد عدد المواطنين اللذين تواصلوا معنا طلبا للمشورة الطبية و النصح في ظل انعدام الخدمات الطبية في عدن و شحة الاسرة و النقص الحاد في غرف العناية المركزة و اجهزة التنفس الصناعي.

أنا أستطيع مبادرة طبية شعبية مجانية خالصة لخدمة اهالينا في عدن و كل اليمن تضم نحو 150 طبيب و طبيبه من مختلف التخصصات و الدرجات العلمية من داخل اليمن و خارجها يعملون على مدار الساعة لتقديم الاستشارات الطبية الكترونيا, كما هو معمول به في اغلب بلدان العالم في ظل جائحة كورونا الدي تعالج حدود ٨٠ ٪ من المرضى في منازلهم إلكترونيًا و تجنب الاختلاط و انتشار الوباء من الحالات البسيطه و المتوسطه .
قدمت المبادرة الاستشارات الطبية و الارشادات الصحية و شرح لطرق الوقاية و اهمية النظافة و التعقيم و العزل و الحجر المنزلي حيث بلغ عدد الاستشارات نحو 1300 استشارة الذي رد عليها بدقه و موثقه و تتابع عن قرب من فريقنا في اول ايام تفشي الوباء في أسبوعه الاول و منها تم التعامل معها عاجلا و مباشرة من قبل فريقنا الطبي الاستشاري و ومازلنا نتابعها الى الان .
-- 15% كانت استشارات متعلقة بالحميات الأخرى كالملاريا و حمى الضنك و المكرفس.
كما تضمنت الاستشارات اسئلة حول مرض كورونا و طرق الوقاية منه و غيرها من الاسئلة العامة.
85% من الاستشارات كانت لحالات مشتبهه بإصابتها كورونا COVD-19 .
توزعت غالبيتها 90% ما بين خفيفة و متوسطة, و 8% خطرة وحرجة و شكلت الوفيات 2%.
يعمل فريقنا جاهدا وفق رؤية محددة و هدف واضح و هو مساعدة اهالينا في عدن للحد من انتشار عدوى الفيروس و تقليل نسب الاصابة به و علاج الحالات المشتبهة بها الخفيفة و المتوسطة, و مساعدة الحالات الخطيرة و الحرجة للوصول الى المستشفيات و المحاجر المخصصة لعلاجهم, يسعدنا اليوم ان نطلق اللوجو و الشعار الخاص بالمبادرة و الذي يمثلنا امام الجميع.

كما يسعدنا و يشرفنا ان نبشركم باننا سنكون معكم قريبا على الأرض في المستشفى الميداني في عدن .

The initiative is called: I am a doctor .

I can It is a non-governmental medical initiative.
It was founded on May 10th, 2020.
The idea of the initiative was brought to life by Dr.
Walid Muhammad Al-Bakili - consultant and researcher in family and pediatric medicine.
He is from Aden and works in the Apollo Hospitals Group - India.
The initiative was established on the ground, by the grace of God and the virtue and support of a group of medical elites inside and outside Yemen.
Those are: Dr.
Abdel Fattah Al-Saeedi, Consultant Orthopedic Aden.
Dr.
Osama Nasher i,mmunology consultant, Germany.
Dr.
Yasser Al-Wali, consultant internal medicine and emergency medicine, Aden.
Dr.
Mayada Al-Danakly,obstetrics and gynecology consultant, saudi Arabia Dr.
Sana Mubarak, pediatrician, Germany.
Dr.
Alwi Mustafa Ba Alwi, Consultant, Saudi Internal Medicine.
Dr.
Khaled Hassan Bamsal consultant internl medical, Egypt.
The idea of launching the initiative came as a response to the outbreak of the Corona epidemic in Yemen and in the city of Aden in particular.
The collapsed health care sector in the city has resulted in a drastic increase in the number of people getting infected by the Coronavirus.
Those have seeked medical advice and support Dr.
Albakili and others, in light of the lack of medical services in Aden.
There is also an acute shortage of hospital care rooms, hospital beds, ICUs and vital medical equipment like ventilators.

I can It is a community based medical initiative that aims to serve our people in Aden and all of Yemen.
The initiative has about 150 doctors and doctors of various disciplines and scientific studies from inside and outside Yemen working around the clock to provide electronic medical consultations for patients in Yemen.
This model is adopted in most countries around the world who are dealing with Corona pandemic.
This model helps in effectively addressing about 80 % of the Corona patients.
It provides Electronic medical advice to patients with mild to medium symptoms while ensuring they stay isolated to help prevent further spread of the disease.
8% of the cases the doctors consulted with were in a dangerous and critical state of which 2% resulted in patients' death.
the initiative provided patients with medical consultations, health advice, methods of prevention and it emphasizes the importance of hygiene practices, sterilization, social isolation and distancing and home quarantine.
To date, the number of consultations conducted is about 1300.
Patients’ inquiries were answered accurately and documented.
These cases have been closely monitored and followed up with by our team in the first days of the outbreak.
15% of the cases the team handled were related to febrile illness such as malaria, dengue and chikungunya.
The consultations also include questions about corona disease, methods of prevention and other general questions.
85% of the consultations were for suspected cases of corona COVD-19.
The majority of them distributed 90% between mild, moderate Our team is qualified and ready to tackle Corona Pandemic.
They according to a specific vision and have a clear goal, which is to help our people in Aden and reduce the spread of the virus and provide treatment and medical care/consultation for patients.
The team will also help in getting and critical cases to reach hospitals and private quarries for treatment.
Today we are pleased to launch our logo and slogan for participation, which represents us in front of everyone.
We are also pleased and honoured to announce to you that we will be with you soon on the ground as we are on the last stage of establishing the field hospital in Aden.
